Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein Fall von Pseudo-Pseudohypoparathyreoidismus beschrieben, bei dem wie üblich
ein normaler Serum-Calcium- und Serum-Phosphat-Spiegel bestand, der auch auf Parathormonzufuhr
mit Steigerung der Phosphatdiurese réagierte, bei dem aber doch eine Störung im Mineralstoffwechsel
vorhanden war, die erst unter Calciumbelastung mit Parathormon nachweisbar war. Die
Bedeutung von Stoffwechselstörungen für die Pathogenese dieser Krankheit und für den
Pseudohypoparathyreoidismus wird diskutiert; dabei wird auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen,
daß Mineralstoffwechselstörungen die Skelettanomalren beider Erkrankungen verursachen
könnten.
Summary
A 23-year old man with this condition had a normal serum calcium and serum phophate
level, which responded to the administration of parathyroid hormone with an increased
phosphate diuresis. In addition there also was a disordered mineral metabolism which
could however only be demonstrated on administration of calcium in combination with
parathormone. The role of metabolic disorders in the pathogenesis of this condition
and of pseudohypoparathyroidism is discussed; the possibility is raised whether in
both conditions the skeletal anomalies are caused by a disorder in mineral metabolism.

La patogenia del seudo-seudohipoparatiroidismo
Se describe un caso de seudo-seudohipoparatiroidismo en el cual, como de costumbre,
se encontraron normales la calcemia y fosfatemia, reaccionando con aumento de la diuresis
fosfática a la administración de parathormona. Existía, no obstante, un trastorno
del metabolismo mineral, demostrable sólo con sobrecarga cálcica y parathormona. Se
discute la significación de los trastornos metabólicos en la patogenia de esta enfermedad
y en el seudohipoparatiroidismo; se indica a este respecto la posibilidad de que las
alteraciones metabólicas puedan determinar las anomalías esqueléticas de ambas afecciones.
